Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the present applicant has been falsely implicated in the case as he has not committed any offence as alleged. Attention has been drawn towards the impugned FIR wherein for the incident is dated 09.04.2019 and the FIR has been lodged on 11.04.2019 wherein the present applicant has not been named. Allegation has been levelled against four accused-persons. Further attention has been drawn towards Annexure No.3 of the application, which is a statement of the injured wherein she has categorically stated that on account of property dispute, her father-in-law Shafi Mohammad and other family members were in dispute with her husband Rizwan. On 09.04.2019, such property dispute started; thereafter, all the accused person, who are named in the FIR, were started abusing the husband of the victim and when the victim intervened in such dispute, those persons started beating the wife of the present applicant (victim). Her cosine sister-inlaw (Nanad) Sabreen; brother-in-law (Devar) Shadab have thrown acid upon her; resultant thereof, she sustained injuries in her stomach. Therefore, her husband, the present applicant, and she apprised this incident to one Azeem, who is brother-in-law of the victim.
