Heard.
This Court has passed the order dated 10.07.2023, which reads as under:-
"1. Learned Standing Counsel prays for a short adjournment to ensure compliance of order of this Court.
2. Let compliance be made on or before 26.7.2023.
3. List on 26.7.2023 in additional cause list amongst top ten cases.
4. By the said date, compliance order shall be filed, failing which respondent shall appear in person before the Court on the next date.
5. The matter is delinked from Contempt Application (Civil) No.811 of 2023."
In compliance of the aforesaid order, Sri Mohit Jauhari, learned Standing Counsel has filed affidavit of compliance, the same is taken on record.
As per Sri Jauhari, the order of the writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit inasmuch as the Competent Authority has passed the final order on 31.05.2023 in the case filed under Section 120-B of U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act.
In view thereof, the contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly the same is dismissed . Notices are discharged.
