deceased, which was not at all necessary. He has referred to the statement of Dr. Sunil Kumar Rathore, who had told that when Mohd. Faisal had been brought at about 03.00 p.m. by his family members, he was unable to speak and he had complained about pain in chest by making gestures. His treatment was started and the treatment given is recorded in the emergency register, his Blood Pressure was low and although DNS was being administered to him, his condition was deteriorating and a referral form was prepared at about 03:00 p.m. and it was handed over to his family members but in the meantime he died. After his death a crowd started gathering there and about 150 persons had surrounded him. The crowd was alleging that the Doctor had killed him. Some persons were saying that he was injected some medicine related to Corona. Some well wishers had advised the Doctor to go into hiding. Thereafter, the crowd took away the dead body alongwith the hospital bed. Initially they blocked the road near the hospital gate and thereafter they blocked the Lucknow crossing till 11-12 p.m. In response to a specific question as to whether any Police personnel had pressurized him to prepare the referral form, the Doctor stated that upon seeing Faisal’s condition deteriorating, he had himself prepared the referral form and no Police personnel had pressurized him. In response to a question as to why did he not prepare the medico legal report, the Doctor stated that medico legal reports are prepared in cases of assault etc. but when his family members had brought him, they had not told anything about him having been beaten and, therefore, his medico legal examination was not done.
