Supplementary affidavit dated 18.4.2022 filed today is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition. He further states that the petitioner has tendered unconditional apology for some wrong averments made in the writ petition. He further submits that the proceedings under Section 340 Cr.P.C. may not be initiated considering the unconditional apology being tendered by the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, we do not propose to proceed further pursuant to the order dated 13.4.2022.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
