The instant writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus, directing respondent nos. 2 and 3 to make payment of a sum of Rs.4,66,268/- for the work done by the petitioner in pursuance of work order dated 7.3.2019.
Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 states that the entire amount has been paid to the petitioner, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Consequently, no further direction is required to be issued in the instant matter.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
