Hon'ble Piyush Agrawal,J.
Vide earlier order dated 04.04.2022 counsel for the petitioners was granted time to file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record better age proof of the petitioners which has not been filed. On 07.05.2022 the Court further granted time to the petitioners to comply with the earlier order and further the Court said that in the event if the supplementary affidavit is not filed, the petition shall be deemed dismissed. On 13.07.2022 and 01.08.2022 the Court further granted time to the petitioners but the order dated 04.04.2022 had not been complied with.
In view of the observation made in the order dated 07.05.2022 this writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
