The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to issue a mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.01095/2018 bearing Computer Case No.T201817650101095 (Vindu Lata Singh vs. Anjani Devi) under Section 34 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act within stipulated period.
Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.
With the consent of counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no. 2 namely Nayab Tehsildar, Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar, to decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months after providing an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, unless there is no legal impediment.
