The petitioner is lessee of a commercial plot by the Greater Noida Authority. It is seeking permission from the authority for creating sub-lease and in this respect, the petitioner has applied for issuance of transfer memorandum by the authority in pursuance of its application/representation dated 1.11.2022.
Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel appearing for the Greater Noida authority states that the application will be considered and decided in accordance with law.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the petition is disposed of with direction to the competent authority, Greater Noida to decide the application/representation of the petitioner dated 1.11.2022 within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the application/representation.
