After the death of first counsel and after the elevation of another counsel, notices were issued to the petitioners to engage another counsel.
Office has wrongly wrote that opposite party instead of petitioner, however, as per report, petitioner no. 1 has sold his house and presently he is not residing at the given address.
Petitioner nos. 2 to 12, 15 and 19 are served as neither undelivered envelop or acknowledgement have returned back after service of notices upon them, which are deemed to be sufficient.
Petitioner nos. 13 and 14, and 16 to 18 have refused to accept the registered notices.
All the petitioners are served sufficiently. They have not come forward, neither they are appeared in person nor they have engaged any counsel.
Hence, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, is vacated.
