The instant writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding respondents no. 1 to 3 not to harass her on basis of fake and false complaints being made by respondent no. 4. Respondent no. 4 is wife of Sankalp Singhal who is elder brother of petitioner's husband. It is alleged that a suit for divorce is pending between respondent no. 4 and her husband. Respondent no. 4 has been making false complaints against the petitioner resulting in harassment.
The assertions made in the writ petition are wholly vague and we are not inclined to entertain a dispute of such nature in exercise of writ jurisdiction. We leave it open to the petitioner to approach higher police authorities, in case any undue harassment is being meted out to her at the behest of any person.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
