Heard Sri Avaneesh Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, Sri Rameshwar Prasad Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 and perused the record.
The instant writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Up Ziladhikari to make survey of disputed plot as well as demarcation.
Petitioner has alternative remedy to approach the competent authority under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
