The case of the petitioner is that his license to run a pathology centre having expired in December, 2020, an application for renewal was filed on 30.12.2020 both by online and offline mode. The respondents pointed out certain deficiencies. The petitioner after removing the same applied afresh on 21.9.2021. The grievance urged in the instant petition is that the said application is not being considered and decided.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly states that the application, if not already decided, will be decided within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, without entering into merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent no.2-Chief Medical Officer, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the renewal application dated 21.9.2021, in accordance with law expeditiously but not later than eight weeks from the date of production of true attested copy of the instant order.
The petition stands disposed of.
