The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 22.09.2021, issued by respondent no. 4 requiring the petitioners to forthwith stop illegal constructions being raised by them over Gata No. 297, Area 1.4990 hectare, Village Karauli Banger, Pargana and Tehsil, Jewar, District, Gautam Budh Nagar and to show cause on 08.10.2021 as to why their illegal constructions should not be demolished.
The petitioners admit that they have already replied to the impugned notice but the grievance is that without taking any final decision in the matter, the authority is threatening to demolish the construction.
Sri Aditya Bhushan Singhal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5 states that the next date fixed in the case is 18th October, 2022 and the matter will be decided expeditiously and also that no demolition will take place until passing of the final order.
Having regard to the above statement, made by learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 and 5 we dispose of the instant writ petition in terms thereof.
