It has been informed that counsel for the petitioner has been elevated to this Bench, therefore, a card notice was issued to the petitioner no.1 vide order dated 11.02.2022 by this Court.
On 18.05.2022, office has reported that undelivered cover has received back with the remark that the petitioner no.1 has died.
It seems that by efflux of time, the instant writ petition has lost its efficacy, as such, the writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
