The instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding respondent nos.2 and 3 to deliver possession of Plot Nos.6, 3 and 7, Yojna No.111, Barra Phase-3, Kanpur Nagar to petitioner nos.1, 2 and 3 respectively within stipulated period.
On 27.09.2022, we granted time to Shri Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3 to seek instructions as to when possession will be delivered to the petitioners, who are admittedly allottees of the above plots and sale-deeds in this behalf have also been duly executed in their favour.
In compliance of the above order, Shri Arun Kumar, learned counsel has obtained instructions. He states that the Authority will positively deliver possession to the petitioners within two weeks from today.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3, we dispose of the instant petition in terms thereof.
