The case of the petitioner is that he was allotted House No.38A, E.W.S., Barra-2, D/S Kanpur Nagar on 2.5.2009. The petitioner could not deposit the instalments in time. In 2021, the respondent Development Authority launched O.T.S. scheme. The petitioner availed the benefit of the said scheme and deposited the entire amount in default. Thereafter he made a request for execution of free hold deed by application dated 25.8.2022, but since no heed has been paid to the said request, therefore, the instant petition has been filed for directing the respondent Development Authority to execute free hold deed in his favour.
Having regard to the facts of the case, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent no.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a true attested copy of the instant order alongwith photo copy of the application dated 25.8.2022.
