Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri Namit Srivastava, learned Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent-Bank.
Learned Standing Counsel has received instructions in writing from the S.D.M., Foolpur, District Prayagraj, wherein, it is stated that 26.11.2022 has been fixed for handing over of the physical possession of the secured assets to the petitioner, who is auction purchaser.
Noticing the said fact, we do not find any good ground to keep the present writ petition pending.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate, Prayagraj to ensure that the proceeding of handing over of the physical possession of the secured assets is completed in a peaceful manner and there arises no law and order situation on the spot.
