It is argued by the counsel for the petitioners that after filing of the present petition certain developments have taken place, hence, a prayer has been made to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a better petition.
This prayer has not been opposed by the learned Standing Counsel and by Shri Ramshwar Prasad Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
