Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 7/ Additional Commissioner (Administration), Azamgarh Division, District- Azamgarh to decide the Revision No. C-199315000010 (Rajesh vs. Raj Nath and 5 Others) filed under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, within a stipulated time period.
Learned counsel appearing for the State respondents submits that pursuant to the previous order, instructions have been received from the respondent authorities wherein it has been indicated that the aforesaid revision has been finally decided in terms of an order dated 20.08.2022.
In view of the aforestated stand taken by the State respondents, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to pursue the matter any further.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
