It seems that by efflux of time cause of action is no more surviving or for any other reason the petition has rendered infructuous. That is why none has appeared to press the petition.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
However, it is provided that if the cause of action is still surviving, the petitioners are at liberty to move proper application for recall of the order.
