Shri Arvind Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 21.09.2022, he filed an amendment application which is there on record as Amendment Application No. 6 of 2022 but after filing the said amendment application another development has taken place therefore, he is required to file a fresh amendment application.
In that back ground, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with permission to file a fresh petition by incorporating all the subsequent developments including those that have already been placed on record.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
All the pending applications stand disposed off.
