The instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus directing respondent nos.1 to 3 to pay balance amount of Rs.33 lacs and odd to the petitioner towards the bills raised by it for the work done under a contract for door to door collection of municipal wastes. The petitioner has also prayed for a direction to the respondents to decide its representations dated 17.05.2022 and 15.04.2022.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3 states that the representations filed by the petitioner shall be decided within such time as may be directed by this Court.

Without going into merits of the claim, we dispose of this writ petition with direction to the respondents to decide the representations dated 17.05.2022 and 15.04.2022 by means of a speaking order expeditiously, but not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a true copy of the instant order alongwith photocopies of the representations.
