This petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the State respondent not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner.
As per the petitioner, there is a decree in his favour of civil court dated 2.5.2018. He may either get the same executed or in the alternative, if he states that if he has a patta in his favour, then for the restoration of the possession over the plot in question, from which he has been dispossessed, an application under Section 129 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 may be filed.
With these observation, the writ petition is disposed of .
