The petitioners have prayed for a mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful running of wholesale business of fruits and vegetables over Khasra No. 609, admeasuring 0.760 hectares and Khasra No. 619, admeasuring 0.8360 hectare, situated at Pilkhuwa Subji Mandi, Dhaulana Road, Gram Khera, Pilkhuwa, District Hapur and direct respondent no. 3 to decide the application dated 10.5.2022 made in this behalf.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation of the petitioners dated 10.5.2022, containing their grievance may be directed to be decided.
Sri S.C. Dwivedi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5, states that respondent no. 4 is competent to examine the grievance of the petitioners.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to represent before respondent no. 4, along with a true attested copy of the instant order and in which event, he will decide the same by means of a speaking order within eight weeks.
