At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that there are certain inherent mistakes in present writ petition, which cannot be cured by filing supplementary affidavit or amendment application. He, therefore, submits that present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
Prayer made is not opposed by learned Standing Counsel for respondents- 1 to 7.
In view of above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
