Today compliance affidavit has been filed by the respondents.
It is submitted by learned Standing Counsel for the respondentState that the petitioner has been posted on the post of Assistant in the office of Establishment and Postal Receiving Department and the salary in respect of the aforesaid post of Assistant is being paid to the petitioner. Posting of the petitioner is permanent in nature and the department would not relegate the petitioner to any post where it would be difficult for the petitioner to work on account of his disability.
On the aforesaid statement being made by learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State, learned counsel the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no grievance and therefore the petition may be disposed of on the statement of learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of in terms of statement of learned Standing Counsel.
