Heard Shri H.P. Shahi,learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 & 3, Shri Avneesh Tripathi, learned Counsel for respondent no.2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the relief nos.1 & 2 and is pressing only relief no.3, which is for direction to the respondent no.2, Vice-Chancellor, Sampurnanad Sanskrit University, Varanasi to decide the issue pertaining to termination of service of the petitioner pending before him.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the services of the petitioner as Principal in Jublee Sanskrit College, Ballia has been terminated vide order dated 07.06.2018 passed by the respondent no.4, Committee of Management of the aforesaid Institution, thereafter, the papers were forwarded by the respondent no.4 to the respondent no.2, which remain pending till date.

Learned Counsel for the respondent no.2, University submits that a suitable direction may be issued to the respondent no.2 to decide the issue regarding termination of service of the petitioner within stipulated period.

Under these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, Vice-Chancellor, Sampurnanad Sanskrit University, Varanasi to take decision in the matter regarding termination of service of the petitioner, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case.
