This writ petition seeks to challenge the ofÏce memorandum dated 14.7.2004 whereby the petitioner was sought to be retired on 30.6.2005 on his attaining the age of superannuation. In all probability the petitioner might have retired by now.
Accordingly the writ petition appears to have lost its efÏcacy. It is hereby dismissed as such.
