Heard Sri Bhole Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Birendra Pratap, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Staterespondents no.1 and 2 as well as Sri Omkar Dutt Malviya, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.3 to 5.
By way of the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to pay the retiral benefits and other dues to the petitioner with interest.
(b) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents/ authority to consider and decide the representation dated 16.11.2021 ( Annexure No.5) to writ petition.
(c) Issue any other writ, order or direction in which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.
(c) Award the costs to the petitioner of the petition."
At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2021 is pending before respondent no.4, therefore, a direction may be given to respondent no.4 to decide the same, as expeditiously as possible, within the stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and Sri Omkar Dutt Malviya, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no.4 have no objection, if such a directive is given.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record of the case.
Accordingly, respondent no.4 is directed to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ petition stands finally disposed of .
