Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

Petitioner claims regularisation under Section 33G of the U.P. Secondary Education (Services Selection Board) Act, 1982. In that regard, it has been submitted the petitioner was first appointed on the post of Assistant Teacher LT Grade, by the Committee of Management Chhatrashal Inter College, Jalaun, district Jalaun on 26.11.1996. He further claims to have worked continuously on that post since 04.12.1996. Petitioner further claims grant of financial approval on 21.6.2000.

Without entering into the merits, writ petition is disposed of with a direction, in case petitioner files a copy of this order before respondent No. 2, the said respondent shall cause necessary meeting of the Regional Selection Committee to be convened and appropriate order may be passed, upon due consideration of the claim made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months therefrom. If found entitled to regularisation, all consequential benefits may arise to the petitioner within a further period of three months thereafter.
