The prayer in this public interest litigation petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to make inquiry with regard to illegal allotment of house to ineligible persons under the Pradhanmantri Avas Yojna-Gramin.
In paragraph 6 of the petition, the name of those persons who are considered ineligible is mentioned but unfortunately they have not been impleaded as party respondent.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this public interest litigation with liberty to file a fresh petition by impleading those persons as party respondents.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
