Pursuant to the orders passed on the previous occasion, learned A.G.A. has obtained instructions according to which the corpus has not been detailed and was only called for investigation in connection with the FIR lodged against his son.
The corpus and the letter-petitioner Sushila Devi are present before the Court and are identified by Sandeep Tiwari, Sub Inspector posted at Police Station Kotwali, District Fatehpur.
Since the corpus has already been released and is not in detention, we find that no further grievance survives in the present petition, which is accordingly consigned to records.
