This petition has been filed for production of the corpus/petitioner Smt. Laxmi before this Court and it has been prayed that an order/direction/writ in the nature of habeas corpus be issued for production of the corpus before this Court, who is in illegal detention of respondent no.4 Rinku.
In compliance of order dated 05.03.2022, the corpus Smt. Laxmi is present before this Court. She has stated that she is major. She has been married with respondent no.4 Rinku with her sweet will and she is living with her husband-Rinku, the respondent no.4. She has further stated that she is not illegally detained by anybody.
In view of the above statement made, the present writ petition is dismissed .
