Learned Standing Counsel submits that the valuation of the appeal is below two lakhs. The State Government as a matter of policy is not prosecuting the appeals which are valued below a sum of Rs. two lakhs.
Learned Standing Counsel contends that the State Government does not wish to prosecute the appeal and the same may be withdrawn.
The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
