After the elevation of Shri V.M. Sahai, learned counsel for Appellant-Allahabad Bank and even after notice being sent, there is no chance in the cause title, nor any new Advocate has been appointed.
This is an appeal of the year 1992.
It seems to this Court that the appellant is not interested in continuing with the litigation.
I have no other option but to dismiss the appeal.
In view of the above, this appeal stands dismissed for the above reasons.
