This is defective criminal revision.
The present criminal revision is being filed assailing the legality and validity of the framing of charge dated 18.01.2021.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the charges were framed in a defective manner.
Be it so, learned counsel for the revisionist, if so advised, may move appropriate application under the relevant provision of Cr.P.C. for altering the charge.
With the aforesaid observation, the present revision is disposed of.
