From perusal of the ordersheet, it appears that matter was referred to the High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and both parties arrived at settlement on 07.12.2010. Photocopy thereof is on record. It appears that in pursuance of mutual settlement parties have lost interest and therefore they are not appearing in this case for the last about ten years.
