The instant criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 07.05.2022 passed by Civil Judge (S.D.)/F.T.C.-Second, Hathras in Complaint Case No.02 of 2016 (Smt. Mamta Devi Vs. Gaurav Kumar and Ors.), under Section 12, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Sasni, District Hathras.
Against the order impugned a statutory alternative remedy is available to the revisionist, which is not availed.
Since such alternative remedy has not been availed, this Court is not required to entertained the present criminal revision. Leaving it open for the revisionist to pursue her remedy before the appropriate forum, this criminal revision is disposed of.
