It is pointed out that by order dated 08.10.2021 this matter between husband and wife was referred to the Mediation Centre, Allahabad High Court for settlement and for that purpose revisionist was directed to deposit certain amount of money and to continue to pay Rs.5000/- per month to the respondent no.2. However, mediation failed and the order of the Court to deposit of money too was not complied with.
