Sri Rahul Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the revisionist, on the last date, moved an application for withdrawal of this revisions saying that no remedy can be duly sought under the provisions of Cr.P.C. as the order by which the property was seized arose out of some civil proceedings. He has been unable to give the details of the proceedings in which the impugned order was passed. He desires unconditionally to withdraw the same.
In view of the above statement of the counsel for the revisionist, instant criminal revision is dismissed as not maintainable.
