Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.
This present revision has been filed for setting aside the order dated 11.03.2022 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Agra in Criminal Case No.22056 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime o. 851 of 2017, under Sections 498A, 323, 354A, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra, whereby application under Section 207 Cr.P.C. filed by the revisionist for providing relevant documents has been rejected.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the order impugned, this Court is of the opinion, that learned counsel for the revisionist could not point out any legal infirmity in the order which may warrant any interference by this Court in exercise of powers conferred under revisional jurisdiction.
Accordingly, the prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
