Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR No.0354 of 2022 under Section 147, 427, 323, 504, 506, 458, 307 IPC and 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, P.S. Kotwali, Distt. Pilibhit and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, on the basis of short counter affidavit, apprises that in the present matter final report has already been submitted and as such he is not inclined to press the present writ petition.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
