Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated 29.01.2020, registered as Case Crime No. 49 of 2020, under sections 420, 467, 468 I.P.C., Police Station Chandpur, District Bijnor.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
