The writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 21.12.2021 giving rise to Case Crime No. 219 of 2021, under Sections 354, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. - Kadadham, District - Kaushambi.
Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and upon a perusal of the record, we find that the allegations contained therein constitute the ingredients of a cognizable offence. The FIR therefore cannot be quashed.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed.
