Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime no.278 of 2020, under Section 376 IPC & 3(2)(5) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Police StationKotwali, District Azamgarh.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the charge sheet has been submitted and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
