Grievance is that though a First Information Report in Case Crime No.1068 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504 and 380 IPC I.P.C. Police Station - Dhoomanganj, District - Prayagraj has been got registered way back on 2.10.2021 but no progress is made in the investigation so far. Argument is that fair investigation has not been undertaken in the matter.
Learned A.G.A. for the State states that such issues would be got examined by the respondent no.2.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, who shall call for the record and ensure that the appropriate action, as per law, is taken so as to conclude the investigation in a fair manner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 4 months.
Subject to the observations made above, writ petition stands disposed off.
