Petitioner has challenged the order dated 14.12.2001 passed by the second respondent, ADM, Finance and Revenue, Bijnor by which order the petitioner has been ordered to be externed in exercise of powers conferred under the U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970. Against the order impugned, an appeal has already been filed.
Since, the petitioner is availing an alternative remedy and the writ petition is misconceived and dismissed, however, with the observation that the appeal be decided as expeditiously as possible.
