Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated 14.04.2022, Case Crime no. 0115 of 2022, under Section 366 IPC, Police Station- Gauri Bazar, District - Deoria.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
