Grievance is that a fair investigation is not being carried out pursuant to the First Information Report lodged in Case Crime No. 124 of 2021, under Sections 147, 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station - Kamasin, District - Banda.
Learned AGA points out that investigation has already been concluded and a closure report has been submitted in the matter on 3.4.2022.
If that be so, remedy of the petitioner would be to make appropriate challenge to the report in accordance with the procedure laid down. No direction is warranted in the present writ petition, which is accordingly, consigned to records.
