Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and Shri Madhvendra Singh, Advocate holding brief of Shri Suresh Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions obtained from the Investigating Authority submitted that investigation has concluded and charge sheet has been submitted before the concerned court.
In the event charge sheet has been filed the same shall be placed before the concerned authority within a week.
Leaving it open for the petitioners to take appropriate steps in respect of such charge sheet, this petition is consigned to record.
